Founder, My name is Muhammad Shadid, and I come from a small village near Mangalore. I’m a guy with big dreams and a clear vision—to build something meaningful, something that lasts. I started my journey at just 16, fueled by passion, purpose, and a deep desire to create a brand that stands for authenticity.

Why We Started Norsh
Norsh was born from a simple idea: to create something real, honest, and driven by purpose. We started Norsh because we saw a gap—products that looked good but lacked meaning, or brands that spoke loudly but said little. We wanted to build a brand that’s more than just a name; something that reflects our values, our passion, and a deeper connection with people who care about quality, authenticity, and originality.
At the core of Norsh is our commitment to real ingredients—our products are made with real fruit, staying true to nature and never compromising on quality. Our motto is simple: “Real fruit. Our Approach to Environmental, Social and Governance Policies
As a new and growing company, one of our most exciting opportunities is the ability to craft a distinct Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) strategy from the ground up. As we move forward, we are actively building our identity as a responsible corporate citizen—committed to sustainability plans that reflect the values of our customers and consumers, while also enabling TBG to make meaningful, original contributions in this space.
In the meantime, we’re proud of the progress we’ve already made. This includes implementing our sustainable agriculture policy, generating our own energy at the Bradenton facility, adopting water-saving measures at all our locations, and minimizing waste by sustainably sourcing oranges and utilizing every part of the fruit.

With a legacy in the orange juice industry, we recognized early on the need to evolve our global sourcing approach to stay ahead of emerging challenges. This forward-thinking mindset led to the formation of pioneering partnerships that help secure our premium supply chain while continuing our commitment to supporting and sourcing from Florida for as long as possible.
